Lindsey is skilled in working with the aging population to adjust to their new normal and find the joy this season has to offer. If this sounds like you or a family member/friend reach out today.

Relationships are hard work and statistics don't lie, half of the marriages in this country end in divorce. Making couples counseling accessible is paramount if we want to see a societal shift in that statistic. Using the Gottman Method, relationships can be strengthened, repaired and ultimately renewed. Couples counseling is available to couples in all stages of their relationship ranging from premarital to couples who have already spent a lifetime together. Many couples find themselves stuck in unhealthy patterns and begin to lose hope on ever changing. Often times each person in the relationship feels the other is "the problem". In reality, the Gottman Institute has found that 69% of all marital conflicts are perpetual issues, meaning they are not solvable issues. The key is learning how to talk about the issues without resulting in a conflict. If you are already in crisis or think your relationship could use a "tune up" reach out today and give your relationship a chance to thrive!
